Voices From Around the World

The people who come to this work through the door of spirituality tend to arrive with different questions than those who come through anxiety or trauma. They’ve often already done significant inner work. What they’re looking for is someone who can hold the space for what’s next. These testimonials come from retreat participants, ceremony guests, and long-term clients who found something here they weren’t expecting.

We all have an inner world that is often dark and difficult to navigate. But it is also the place where your greatest strength lives, and where the most profound healing becomes possible.

When You’re Ready

Spiritual work doesn’t begin when you’ve figured it all out. It begins when you stop pretending you have. If something on this page has resonated – if you’re sitting with questions that don’t have easy answers, these are the ways to go further:

My Masterclass courses are where the deepest work happens — structured, experiential, and designed to give you the understanding and the practices to keep working with this long after the course ends. For those ready to step out of ordinary life entirely, my Portugal retreats offer full immersion — in person, in community, in a container that accelerates what months of individual practice can only approach.

If you’re new to this work, or simply curious, I invite you to join one of my monthly Elevation Ceremonies. They’re free, open to everyone, and ask only your intentional presence. It’s the lowest-commitment way to feel what this work actually feels like, not read about it, but feel it. And personal 1-t-1 sessions are there for the conversations that need more space than a page can hold. This is a good fit for those who want to work directly, at their own pace, before or alongside the group work.

Frequently asked questions

Is this religious or tied to a particular spiritual tradition?
No. And that distinction is important. My work draws from yogic science, esoteric teachings and practices, not as doctrine, but as maps. Maps drawn by those who explored the inner landscape long before modern psychology had language for it, and who found, through direct experience, the same truths the research is now beginning to confirm. There is no belief system required here. No dogma to adopt. No authority to defer to, except your own. What I teach and guide is a form of self-therapy that makes you the highest authority on your own inner life. The destination is always a deeper, more honest relationship with yourself, transcending the emotional pain that has, all.
I’ve had a powerful experience I don’t understand. Can Becca help?
Yes, you do not have to be alone in this. You’re sensing something opened, whether through a spontaneous awakening, a moment of inexplicable stillness, a loss that cracked you apart, or a plant medicine experience. And now you're trying to find your footing in what it left behind. This is some of the most meaningful work I do. Integration support is available, and we begin where you are. The best first step is a complimentary Discovery Session, a chance to share what happened and explore together what kind of support would serve you most.
What is psychedelic integration?
Psychedelic integration is the process of making meaning from a psychedelic or plant medicine experience, translating what surfaced into conscious understanding, and then into how you actually live. Most integration support stops there. It helps you understand what happened. It gives you a framework for the insights. And for many people, that's where the work ends… and where the experience quietly begins to fade. My Emotional Liberation method goes further. We work with what the experience stirred up – the emotions that surfaced, the old material it disturbed, the new possibilities it glimpsed. And most important, I help you build the capacity to navigate your existing life, the relationships, the roles, the dynamics that were built around the old version of you – while something new is taking shape inside. That gap between who you're becoming and the life that hasn't caught up yet needs informed, experienced support.
How does spirituality relate to emotional healing?
In my Emotional Liberation framework, they’re deeply interconnected. Emotional healing at its deepest level involves loosening the stories and identities that emotional patterns are built around, which is also the territory of spiritual inquiry. Many people find that as their emotional work deepens, it naturally opens into questions of meaning, consciousness, and self.
What is spiritual awakening?
In my experience, spiritual awakening begins closer than most people expect – in the difficult emotions they've been trying to outrun. The Anxiety, the Grief, the Shame, the Anger, the Depression and others. These are not obstacles to awakening. They are the map. Each one is pointing somewhere. And when you learn to follow where they lead, rather than manage, suppress, or medicate them into silence, they become the path toward the deep inner knowing. That quiet, steady intelligence that has always been there, waiting to be heard. That is where the Soul lives. And when you learn to commune with it, to sharpen your intuition, to trust what arises from within rather than searching for answers outside yourself, that is spiritual awakening. Not a moment. Not a destination. A way of moving through your own life.
