My Elevation Ceremony is a 75 to 90 minute guided experience. It pairs ancient Eastern practices, strong and active meditation elements with potent verbal prompting — designed to surface and release the emotional blocks, old patterns, and whatever mental noise is knocking loudest on your head.
You may choose to work with plant medicine alongside it — a psilocybin or cannabis microdose, or CBD — but it is entirely optional, and plenty of people come without. The ceremony meets you exactly where you are.
This is not about escaping. It’s about deepening. You remain aware, grounded, and very much here.
