The Elevation Ceremony
My Elevation Ceremony is a 75 to 90 minute guided experience. It pairs ancient Eastern practices, strong and active meditation elements with potent verbal prompting. Together they help surface and release emotional blocks, old patterns, whatever mental noise is knocking loudest on your head.
Some of our participants find that the judicious use of plant medicine takes them deeper. Microdosing psilocybin or cannabis sit on equal footing here, and either are entirely optional. Work with psilocybin, work with cannabis, choose CBD only, or choose no plant medicine at all. The ceremony meets you exactly where you are.
This is not about escaping, it’s about deepening. You remain aware, grounded, and very much here.
The ceremony is recorded, and you can experience it for 7 days. I do always love having you join me live althoughI know your schedule doesn’t always cooperate.
