Oh! Thank you for the exuberant responses to my invitation for coming together for an online Cannabis Elevation Ceremony – my gift to our community. It feels wonderful to finally return to these cannabis integration practices after being away for so long.
As I mentioned, it’s been about 4 years since we last had one of these events online. Producing my coursework and retreats took so much of my time and energy (along with the move to Europe!) that I needed to put aside the online ceremonies, even though I love to do them. This quiet pause was vital for recovering from intense personal burnout before stepping back into this space.
And so when I mused a couple weeks ago (in my P.S. nonetheless) that it’d be fun to do them again, some of you were as excited as I was!
Moving Beyond Burnout and Stress
Given what I heard from respondents so far, a weekend day at 11am Pacific / 2pm Eastern / 7pm Lisbon time works great. (I even had some say, “I don’t care! I’ll show up at anytime on any day!”). It turns out that a weekend day works best for most. Having said that, we always record the session for anyone who has a time conflict, or who wants to revisit the experience afterward (something I encourage:)
What our Time Together Looks Like
This will be a session of experiential individual journey work. We’ll access the deep resources of our Higher Selves to release destructive patterns that sabotage our relationships with others and, most importantly, the relationship with ourselves. We will spend time noticing those reactive emotional triggers so they hold less power over our days.
Come away feeling renewed and re-set, equipped with new approaches to self-discovery and self-love.
Settling into our Cannabis Integration Practices
So if this calls to you and you haven’t signed up yet and would like to join us, please go here to register.
We’re a few weeks away and later I will be sending you information about how to prepare for our time together, which will be about 90-minutes long. You may want to begin with simple active meditation techniques to settle the body beforehand.
I’ll give you guidance on preparing your cannabis, but please know that you can do this work without any plant medicine at all. My approach honors intentional, conscious cannabis use as a soft doorway to deeper feelings. I also have clients who are doing psilocybin microdosing protocols which also work well. This is part of supporting your inner psychedelic integration journey in a grounded way. For those who feel anxious about the unknown, you can read about coping with everyday anxiety before our gathering.
If you have questions, send an email to becca@emotionallib.com and I’ll answer you personally.
With Love,
Becca
P.S. I just scheduled a new retreat for next May 2025! Go here to see the early bird details. If this resonates for you, you’re welcome to schedule a time with me to find out if this is right for you.

Nice post — glad you’re bringing these back. Quick question: for people who want to participate but can’t make the live time, will there be a recording or a repeat session? Also curious if there’s any suggested microdosing schedule mentioned in the prep materials.
Hi Soren! I’d love to have you join us!
We always record the session for anyone who has a time conflict, or who wants to revisit the experience afterward (something I encourage 😉).
Of course, there’s something special about being there live, but I also know summer Sundays have a way of filling themselves up. Either way, you’ll receive the recording and can participate at a time that works for you.
Regarding microdosing, you can email me at becca@emotionallib.org and I can send you my “How To” guide… and anyone else who wants it, simply email me. xob
