I’ve been a group facilitator, speaker and mentor for personal and collective transformation for more than two decades. I’m trained as a clinical nutritionist, am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, a former integrative health editor and journalist and am a long-time cannabis advocate, experientially working with the plant to advance states of higher consciousness and emotional healing.

As facilitator of Emotional Liberation® I teach you a life-shifting and cutting-edge approach to self-therapy using your difficult emotions mindfully as a source of intuitive guidance. For many, the judicious and conscious use of cannabis plant medicine supports this process.

Importantly, these explorations have all been time-tested by me. I have profoundly healed from deep trauma and emotional woundings with these techniques and practices.
