There, now that we have that out of the way, let me introduce myself. I’m Becca Williams and my life’s work is to support you in releasing self-limiting patterns of fear & anxiety, depression, self-doubt, anger, sadness, shame, overwhelm, boredom, unworthiness.

I support you by guiding you through transformative journeys in emotional self-healing that embrace jaw-dropping “industrial strength” meditation practices paired with (but always optional) cannabis plant medicine.

As you continue doing this work, the turbulence in your life begins dissipating. You disengage from drama and choose to not be sucked in or triggered by situations that present themselves, which enriches your personal and professional life. I see this approach as the end to the search for feeling better about ourselves

Among other things, I’m the creator of Cannabis Elevation Ceremonies, gatherings that combine these ancient practices with the remarkable psychic amplification of cannabis in sacred space with like-minded others.

I’ve been a group facilitator, speaker and mentor for personal and collective transformation for more than two decades. I’m trained as a clinical nutritionist, am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, a former integrative health editor and journalist and am a long-time cannabis advocate, experientially working with the plant to advance states of higher consciousness and emotional healing.

As facilitator of Emotional Liberation® I bring to you a life-shifting and cutting-edge approach to self-therapy using your difficult emotions mindfully as a source of intuitive guidance. For many, careful and conscious use of cannabis plant medicine supports this process.

Importantly, these explorations have all been time-tested by me. I have profoundly healed from deep trauma and emotional woundings with these techniques and practices. It is now my life’s work to introduce and equip you with these approaches so that you can release physical and emotional blockages keeping you from living the life of your dreams cradled in calm, centered clarity.
