Imagine diving into a world where your true feelings can take center stage, while trust and safety wrap around you like a warm blanket. It’s these kind of environments I’ve been curating over the last ten years during my courses, personal sessions and retreats. My aim is clear – to create spaces where people can be comfortable and excited in exploring their own self-healing power, and when appropriate, supported with psychedelic plant medicine.
My intention is coming to life again this October in Portugal during a retreat I’m hosting. It’s all about immersing yourself in an environment tailor-made for seeking transformative experiences that touch the core of your being. And here’s the best part: you don’t need any prior experience – just an open heart and mind, ready to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
I’ve put together a video to walk you through the two sacred paths of psilocybin medicine that you’ll have your choice of. It’s all about finding what resonates for you.

Hello. I’m Becca Williams and I’m the lead guide and facilitator for our group retreats and I want to tell you about the two sacred medicine paths that you’ll be able to choose for our time together.
But first, I just want to say, as an emotions therapist, I’ve been guiding and teaching emotional release for nearly 10 years now – and the reason is because this Emotional Liberation program I lead is so effective in supporting people – whether there are areas in your life that simply need tending to or there are deeper issues you would like to explore in order to process and release.
So this work can be done with or without psilocybin plant medicine.
Yet the experiences of my participants and students have time-and-time again shown how valuable adding this plant medicine can be in one’s healing, as it opens them more deeply to introspection and resulting insights during our time together.
This is really important because when we begin inviting up our feelings in order to release them – and I’m not going to sugar-coat this – it can be very intense.
So I teach you how to self-adjust so that you can manage yourself to optimize your experience and healing; you’re always in control. In addition, the group offers a remarkable dimension of support and compassion – as each student does this deep inner work for themselves.
The reason I’m offering two different ways to include the plant medicine in this program, is because microdosing and macrodosing each cater to different preferences and intentions … and comfort levels.
Microdosing involves taking tiny amounts of magic mushrooms and I find, that this is in the comfort zone for many people … where this little bit of plant medicine is safe, effective and very supportive as we embrace the spiritual dimensions of our work together in going deep.
On the other hand, macrodosing or embarking on a full-on sacred journey involves taking larger doses that facilitate a more intense immersive experience into the Inner Self.
While all the Emotional Liberation work is effective in bringing suppressed emotions to the surface, the macro journeys have a tendency to induce deep alterations in consciousness often resulting in intense emotional experiences and visionary states.
In comparison, the microdosing offers, let’s call it, a gentle illumination … where there can be subtle long-term enhancements to your daily life such as increased focus, creativity, mood enhancement and emotional stability.
So choosing between microdosing and macrodosing depends on your personal goals and, I’d say, your comfort level. If plant medicine is totally new to you, the microdosing may be the way to go. BUT, maybe not, maybe you want to experience full-on psychedelic journeying. We can figure that out in your and my pre-retreat interview.
Whatever you choose, you can be confident that if you decide to include plant medicine, regardless of your experience (or no experience) with these substances, you will be fully supported and guided in every aspect from that in-depth pre-retreat session, to effective protocols and the process of reflecting on your experience – so you can come away with meaningful lessons that inform you beliefs, your values, your behaviors.
The whole point of this retreat is for you to discover new ways to cope with stress, things you feel like you have no control over, increase your emotional resiliency, which improves your overall well-being. That’s what I want for you by the time we conclude our amazing time together.
When you register for the retreat, you and I will have that pre-retreat session, where we’ll get to know each other and I’ll get to know your intentions and what you want to take away. And we’ll arrive together at what feels best for you.
Everything we do is in service to maximize self-healing…. all of our emotional release practices in tandem with your choice of engaging with the plant medicine. And when we do this together, in community, it multiplies the benefits. That’s why as a guide and facilitator, I love doing my work in groups and community.
So I wanted to talk you through this so you have a clearer idea of how we embrace this plant medicine, and give you a basis on whether this week sounds like something you want to experience. And if it does, come and join me and a small group of retreat goers where we create a sacred weave of work some, play some, work some, play a lot! And we open up to all of that.
Are you ready? If you’re not sure, I invite you to schedule a time with me so we can chat and get all your questions answered. Ok? Ok.
If you’re feeling intrigued and have questions about this magical week-long adventure in my spectacular new home of Southern Portugal, I invite you to schedule a chat with me. I’d love to help you figure out if this is the journey you’ve been looking for.
With Love, Becca
P.S. Seriously, if you’re curious about this week-long adventure, let’s talk and see if this experience meets your desires.
Hi Becca!
This is very intriguing! I do have a couple of questions. If plant medicine is used to heal, and plant medicine is discontinued after the retreat, are there withdrawal symptoms that can be detrimental
to the healing process? It is my understanding that our bodies can exhibit withdrawal symptoms, i.e, depression, anxiety, (to name a couple) when there is a removal of substances. What is your professional opinion and knowledgeable approach to this possibility?
Kery, those are really important questions and, I think, instead of answering it here, I’ll make it the focus of a blog as I can see where many others would have the same questions. Thanks! ❤️ Becca
Thank you Becca! I appreciate you taking it full circle for all! I look forward to learning from the blog!
