I’m delighted to announce that we’ll be adding a touch of Friday night enchantment with Ecstatic Breathwork sessions! Come to my cozy apartment and join us at 7:30 pm for an evening of relaxation, deep breathing, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
Much of the challenges we face in life stem from being out of sync with what truly resonates with our souls. Somatic breathwork provides a safe haven to delve into your inner truth and uncover your aspirations.
