No cannabis for Vets: a crying shame

Currently a U.S. military vet who is in chronic pain, or is emotionally broken (often with post-traumatic stress disorder), or is dealing with other serious medical issues, is not allowed through the Veterans Health Administration to have access to medical cannabis.

Is it just me or do you also see a lot of people wrestling with anxiety (maybe you included)? The formal statistic is that about 18% of our population is affected by some form of anxiety – although those are the ones medically diagnosed.
