I’m inviting you to the first online Canna Elevation Ceremony I’ve offered in years… since 2019. It’s coming up this Saturday.
And I am sharing this with our wider community – beyond those of you who have already registered because if you’ve been thinking about joining us for our complimentary session – this video will give you a clearer understanding of how to set yourself up for an optimal experience.
Meantime, if you want to register and you haven’t yet, you can go here to do that.
But do make sure you review this video for your preparation.

So, it’s important to prepare yourself for our ceremony – to get the most out of our time together. After all, you are making the time and taking the effort, so let’s optimize it and that’s what this video is about. I don’t want to take the time to do this during our ceremony, so I want to give you the download now.
First, you want to create a comfortable and cozy environment for yourself – as this is going to support your entire experience.
So I encourage you to find a space where it’s going to be quiet and private.
I sit on the floor and encourage you to join me on the floor. And as far as the sitting, I always like to have something between me and the floor… because the floor can be hard or cold and that’s not comfortable. A rug will do just fine. I like to put a cushion under my bum so that my hips are higher than my legs, this takes pressure off the lower back. Very cozy and comfortable.
Now, if being on the floor doesn’t appeal to you, you can sit in a chair. Just make sure that as you sit, your feet are firmly on the floor. It’s about being grounded. Sit up straight whether you’re on the floor or higher up.
You’ll want to wear loose fitting clothes because we’ll be moving our arms and our upper bodies – this is not yoga but you’re going to be moving your body. By the way, this is not an issue if you have limited mobility… we’ll just modify for it.
Have water next to you – I always recommend a spill-proof water bottle, have tissues as emotions may be moving through. You’ll want to blow your nose, cough, or dab your eyes. Whatever. And I encourage you to have a journal by your side, because lots of stuff can come up – and you’ll want to get it down on paper. Often what comes up is like when we dream. And you can wake up, and the dream just defrags. and that’s what can happen in this work. So you want to get your revelation down on paper so you can refer to it later.
A couple of other things, no alcohol. This is an alcohol-free process. Alcohol shuts you off from any benefits of this sacred work.
And do your best to be straight – as in cannabis-free, when we begin our time together. Now, if you medicate with canna daily for pain relief – whether it’s physical or emotional (for instance, if you are medicating to quell anxiety) then you do what you need to do.
My preference would be that you be clear about four (4) hours before our time together. But, having said that, I understand if you need to medicate. If you’re on a psil🎯cybin microdosing protocol, no issue, continue as is… in fact, this is really going to move the stuff through for you.
This is self-exploration work, and it likely will be challenging … so you want to come ready to put your “all” into it.
The reward, afterward, is feeling so much better about yourself. And that outweighs any kind of discomfort you might have about going into this.
I do want to say, that it takes a special kind of person to jump into an experiential adventure like this … regardless of whether your including plant medicine. But you can do this work without any of that and still get a powerful regardless.
I believe healing ourselves from the pain of, you know, nagging emotions or even just an on-going sense of insecurity is the most important work of our lives. That’s why I teach it. It leads us to our natural state of clarity and serenity – finally, at peace with our place in life.
Canna, as well as psil🎯cybin microdosing, are gentle boundary-dissolving Spirit medicines. They thin the boundary between our conscious and subconscious and support us in being very present and focused for the deep self-explorations we’re doing. In regard to canna, we want her to amplify our experience but too much canna can go the other way and numb us from our feelings. It’s very individualistic and you gotta find that happy medium. When you registered or if you’re registering now, there is a video that explains this.
If you’re in doubt, I suggest as a baseline, to simply do this without any outside substances or simply CBD. The beauty here is it’s a wonderfully experiential adventure. And you can do these practices regularly, which I highly recommend.
Let’s run through our short list of essentials:
ESSENTIALS: Participants must be 21+ • Avoid Canna if preggers • Avoid if high BP • Heart condition – listen to your body • Earbuds or earphones will make the audio optimal • Water bottle & journal • Wear loose comfortable clothes (avoid tight pants or jeans) • Recommended: fasting from canna (at least the day of) • Pack your edge walker wildness!

I can’t make the ceremony at that time. Will a replay be available?
Hi John! 💚 You bet – the recording will be made available later that day or the next – as soon as our Community Nurturer, Carsey, can load it.
