Maybe you’ve been searching for ways to feel better emotionally – and have come across microdosing.
That is taking tiny amounts of psilocybin for out-of-control emotions … to reduce anxiety and irritability, relieve depression and boredom and, over all, wanting a greater sense of wellbeing.
But microdosing is only part of the equation for emotional healing. In this short video I talk about one of the most overlooked companions to plant medicine amplifiers.

As a woman of a certain age, I may have some dangles here and there, but I have a jacked nervous system.
And why is this important? Because if you want to get in touch and in control of your self-defeating emotions, you need a conditioned nervous system! And in my work, the tools of active meditation and breathwork, are vital to conditioning your nervous system.
Because, in order to, let’s call it make friends with your emotions, you need to allow them and work with them. And this is hard for a lot of people – most people.
So whether you are a woman of a certain age or an athlete in tip-top condition, you may very well still have a weak nervous system. And this is a non-starter if you’re intent on getting beyond the emotions you’re wrestling with.
As you may know, my work is all about showing you/training you how to welcome these difficult emotions, learn from them, process them and release them!
I have a practice for you that you can experiment with to see how you do. The link is below. Do the practice – and see how you do… and you can keep doing this practice as a nervous system conditioner. As your nervous system gets more conditioned, you will find yourself able to better receive and process the feelings coming up for you.
