When was the last time you lost control of yourself emotionally? You flew into a rage or you panicked, got lost in anxiety, became overwhelmed with a flush of self-doubt, sadness or depression?

Sinking into emotions that swallow you up is what I call going into lizard brain (where your brain’s amygdala drives the “fight or flight” response).

It can happen at any time… something out of left field whether you’re at work, playing sports or having an intense discussion with friends or family. Somebody says or does something or something hits you the wrong way, and this flush of emotion engulfs you.

The cure for being a slave to your out-of-control emotions

Letting your emotions run you is like having a wild horse in your head… but your wild horse is in control – not you. And what’s more stressful is you have no idea when it’ll rear-up and buck, or get spooked and gallops off uncontrollably.
Importantly, in order to gain control – your wild horse brain needs training. It needs mental training and conditioning and nervous system strengthening.
I want to show you how to do this. Coming up this Saturday (5pm PT/8pm ET) join me for my [FREE] Advanced Techniques to Strengthen Your Mind, Brain and Nervous System.
As a trained clinician and emotions therapist, I work experientially with cannabis to advance mind & brain health by accessing higher states of consciousness. Cannabis’ ability to facilitate brain and nervous system reorganization and healing aligns closely with the established benefits of meditation – and for many, when the two are paired, can profoundly amplify and accelerate the process.

Also for those micro-dosing psilocybin

I’m also inviting those who are micro-dosing psilocybin mushrooms to join this session (full blown psychedelic trips are contraindicated because these practices are so strong and intense). Given the research and anecdotal evidence, I see microdosing psilocybin as a “next level” tool to help people who are really having a challenge in breaking out of their incessant thoughts and dissociation.

If you are tired of living life as a slave to your emotions and willing to try out (or return to!) this extraordinary training please join me this Saturday.
I wrestled with my wild horse brain for years. I have since tamed it with the approaches we use in this event. The good news is that you can learn to tame your wild horse emotions.
