For Yourself & the Ones You Love

Great that you’re planning on joining us! Gathering together like this will be a fun uplifting and healing phenomenon for all of us coming together in this ONLINE portal.

Here’s the Plan:

Please know you and yours will be in a safe and nurturing ONLINE environment. I’ll support and guide you through an awesome daily active practice.

  • We use Zoom for our gathering. Our virtual doors will open at 11:50 am ET (8:50am PT). We’ll start promptly at the top of the hour (noon/12pm ET).
  • Our practice will last for 20 minutes and then we’ll have 15-minutes of Q&A in the chat. The extra chat time is optional. If you want, following our practice, you can be on your way into your day (fresh and clear!).
  • Bring whatever stress and difficult emotion is knocking loudest on your head with the intention of releasing it through our focused “industrial strength” practice.
  • The more days you do it, the better you’ll feel. So plan on joining us every day Monday-Friday, wherever you are in the world. 
  • Create a special space for doing this practice. You can either sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor or sit on the floor with pillows supporting you.
