I don’t like that term – self-help junkie – never have.

The term feels flaky and insinuates failure. Loosely, it refers to someone who pursues self-help approaches and doesn’t follow-through with action.

And believe me, I personally pursued a lot of self-help approaches looking for a way out of my emotional pain.

Maybe that’s you, too? “Seeker” is a more apt description, I’d suggest. But we’re just seeking until we find a solution, right?

And maybe that’s why you’re open to receiving my blogs and videos in regard to emotional healing – you long for an end to your emotional pain. And perhaps there’s something that resonates for you in my discussion about the tools we use, including cannabis and psilocybin microdosing, to amplify and deepen your process of emotional release.
I teach you to heal and consciously create a new version of yourself

Here’s the secret to why I teach what I teach

We can’t think our way out of what we’re feeling. But so many approaches – like talk therapy – are predicated on that. Sure, they might lighten the load when you talk it out. But is there long lasting change? (If there were, we wouldn’t have the need to search anymore.)
In my emotional release work, there are two vital components. One is the thinking way – or the cognitive, that is, using your mind to understand emotions. The mind wants to know what’s going on; it’s just not in charge anymore.
In a familiar group setting, we explore what difficult emotions are and how they come up in our lives… discussing experiences, challenges, and victories. This cognitive approach is to understand what the emotions are trying to do so that you can help them do it.
And then – and I consider this the most important healing component – we have the intuitive or meditative approach, where we set the mind aside, going into active and expressive “neuro-workouts.” In this potent dimension, you let go of any kind of “trying to figure it out yourself” stuff, because that barely moves the ball. You learn how to get centered, grounded and prepared to listen to and experience what’s coming up. Again, the plant medicines are potent allies in facilitating this.
You learn to go into the emotion and be in a direct conversation with it; this is the felt experience of awareness – not that of the thinking mind! In this deep Inner exploration, you bring what ails you out of the darkness and into the light so that you can heal it.

There’s no need to despair that things will never change

I assure you that you have the ability to turn the corner and enter a new phase of your life.
Working with emotions can create windows into higher states of consciousness for deep emotional healing. The ability for cannabis and psilocybin microdosing to facilitate brain and nervous system reorganization and healing aligns closely with the established benefits of meditative practice. And when our “neuro-workouts” are paired with these plant medicines, they can profoundly amplify and accelerate the process.
