All rooms are priced as single rooms. However, you can bring a friend (or two) and split the cost!
Our bedrooms include spacious multi-bed accommodations with full and/or twin beds and dedicated baths.
If you would like a roommate, we’ll do our best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate. If there is no one to pair you with your room will be considered a single.

To Join Us:
Pay your non-refundable deposit of €500. The balance is due in full 15th September, 2023.
If you prefer a custom payment plan we can do so – however, you must be paid in full before departure!

How to Make Your Payment
Because our retreats have international participants, we use “Wise Pay” with multiple options.
And it’s easy! “Wise Pay,” accepts debit and credit card payments as well as direct bank transfers (IBAN or SWIFT).

Cancellation Policy
A €500 deposit is required at time of registration.
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the €500 deposit. A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations between 60-89 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. A 30% refund will be provided on cancellations between 30-59 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. No refund will be provided on cancellations between 29-0 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat.
No refund/credit will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
Covid-19 Information
Your safety is very important to us!
We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
There are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat at the time of this writing (March 2023), but you’re always welcome to wear a mask if you like.
If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choice than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
The owners of our private villa routinely comply with any new health and sanitary requirements. Please inquire for specifics if you’d like to know more. Also keep in mind that we don’t give refunds if you have to cancel, which makes it all the more important that your travel insurance includes Covid-related cancellations.
