I’m no expert on psilocybin microdosing. But I am an expert at discovering the most efficient and effective ways to feel better, release difficult emotions and heal from trauma.

My work has always paired a consistent therapeutic group setting, Eastern wisdom teachings and Western brain science with the judicious use of cannabis to help you learn how to direct your mind to gain control of your Inner world – for now and always.

The Question of Microdosing Psilocybin 

With my upcoming 8-week summer masterclass course, I’m introducing psilocybin microdosing into this revolutionary mix of healing technologies.

As a clinician, I’m aware that the research at this point is early and inconclusive while there is compelling anecdotal evidence of microdosing’s healing effects. 

Having said that, regardless of how positive the buzz is, it won’t be for everybody! Given the biochemical individuality of each and everyone of us, it makes sense that while some of us will reap benefits from psilocybin microdosing, others will find it unproductive or even contraindicated (not advisable).

Nonetheless, the emergent trend is that microdosing is helping a lot of people find relief from mood disorders like anxiety and depression. But, again, the reports are very uneven – some call it a healing miracle in their life, and others say, “didn’t do a thing for me.” And there are those who report heightened anxiety. 

An Admirable Safety Profile

Psilocybin has a strong safety profile (that is, few adverse reactions) according to research on its role as a psychedelic. What we don’t know is the long-term impact of microdosing – except for those experimentally using it and claiming great benefit.

I see microdosing psilocybin as a “next level” tool to help people who are really having a challenge in breaking out of their incessant thoughts and dissociation. To do this we need to clear the way to enter a meditative state. It’s soundly established that the road to training your mind and healing emotionally is learning the ability to go inward… through meditation.

Emergent evidence on psilocybin microdosing points to reports where people feel a greater overall sense of wellbeing – very much like the effect from meditation. We already know how much cannabis supports this currently in our emotions recovery work. Pairing the microdosing with this can be a game changer.
