But tiny amounts of the substance have the potential to reduce anxiety and irritability, relieve depression and boredom, increase creativity and sociability and provide a greater overall sense of self-assurance; there’s even reports of reducing the effects of aging.
Oh yes, although there are studies emerging, much is premised on anecdotal evidence – people reporting their outcomes, which is anathema to the scientific method. But this has not stopped people from diving in based on the mountain of accumulating personal reports that psilocybin microdosing is becoming the preferred alternative to (quoting from intelligent comments on responsible websites) the usual prescription psychotropics like SSRIs, years of therapy or full-blown psychedelic trips, EMDR, etc.

Emotional Liberation is a form of self-therapy where I teach you how to process and release your difficult emotions.
