I often get letters from folks sharing their experiences… I call them “Field Reports.” And these field reports offer spectacular insights and musings that answer questions that many others have on their mind. So I’m sharing one with you today.
Hi Becca, what happened to me has inspired me to actually tell you how amazing your work is and how thankful I am that you are sharing this with the world.
I am a 22-year-old student and while I am studying I am also building a business to cover tuition costs, which gets really stressful. My life got turned up-side down as it was the first time for me to go back to school after 3 years of freelancing and traveling.
I started to experience sudden social anxiety and panic attacks leading me to self-doubt, low confidence and lack of motivation to do anything – and of course the feelings of loneliness and hopelessness.
I started seeing a therapist for the first time in my life …therapy helped but mainly because I had motivation to change outside of myself. After a few months I was better but had little fall-backs and that was the time where I discovered your industrial strength meditations that are part of your Emotional Liberation program.
And that was like magic for me doing them and using cannabis! I did them every day and after just one week I went back to being and feeling more like myself. All of a sudden life felt easy, calm and happy again. I literally could cry out of happiness that I discovered something that will probably help and guide me for the rest of my life.
And now I have to admit I didn’t follow through doing the meditations frequently. But whenever I feel worry or doubt I do them and every time I am surprised how well they work! It’s hard to describe but I am always excited to see new videos from you!! Like you said: ”they will rock your world” and they have!
I am really really thankful for everything 🙂 And to anyone who hasn’t tried the meditations please do, it is amazing 🙂

Wow, thanks for the great PR! Your experience with these practices is a common one. And they can offer huge dividends when paired with talk therapy. The reason for this is because these active, expression practices take you beyond the “thinking” brain or cognition. They guide you into a deep dive into your intuition so that you can be in touch with what’s really bothering you.
The brain just tends to spin and ruminate; it doesn’t offer a way out of your emotional predicament. So when you’re able to unearth the emotional “gold” that surfaces during these experiences, you also have the ability to take that into your talk therapy sessions to enliven them.
For anybody who wants to check out these practices, I’ll put a link here.
And for details of my upcoming Emotional Liberation Masterclass Course, where we do this work in a consistent therapeutic group setting (optionally with cannabis and/or psilocybin microdosing) to release difficult emotions and the trauma that underpins it, I invite you to go to Summer of YOUR Awakening
