The ticket to your Inner world

Mystical traditions teach that there’s an infinite world inside of us – and the question for our Western minds has always been, “How do I access that infinite Inner world?”

Of course most of us know that meditation is the one approach recommended time and time again. But how do you go there if you can’t bring yourself to sit down, shut up, and go inward? 🙄

In my experience there are many who are simply not cut out to do the quiet sitting – what’s called mindfulness meditation. I know. I was one of them. My mind was racing all over the place – escaping to parts unknown. It’s termed dissociation, where you’re physically present but mentally somewhere else.

Can you relate?

Anyway, if any of this sounds familiar, I have an invitation for you to experience something different – a powerful and active meditation process that replaces quiet sitting by shaking things up where your mind has to pay attention. No wandering!

And when you add the judicious use of cannabis or psilocybin microdosing it can amplify the effects and make the process more efficient and effective.

Many of my students and clients find it life-changing. I want you to experience this.

Find a private and quiet space where you won’t be bothered for about 30-minutes – and if you want to experience cannabis with it, have that by your side as well. If you’re microdosing psilocybin you’re taking very small doses regularly so it’s already activated. This “practice page” will take you to videos that offer you a choice of meditations to practice with me that will calm whatever is knocking loudest on your head. Also, I offer tips on getting prepared for including cannabis in this work.

Find a comfortable seated position. If you don’t like sitting on the floor, you can also do the practices in a chair without arms.

If you’re not feeling good about yourself, I invite you to try this as soon as you can. And keep doing them (daily if possible!) if it feels good to you because you’ll condition your nervous system so you can move through process the difficult emotions easier and easier.

    • David, thank you! They’re “oldies but goodies” and now that I’m settled in Portugal I intend to make more. But these really do stand the test of time.

      While I’m at it, I want to add that you are advanced in these techniques as you have worked hard to condition your nervous system so that you can move energy through and release it. Others who are “sticking their toe in the water” may find them very challenging but in the safe container of the breath and body positions, it’s all very safe. xoBecca
