  1. I like the active ones as they stir things up and challenge and strengthen our nervous system. With my mature age comes a beautiful indifference to what I look like doing this breathwork 😜

  2. Afterwards, there was more clarity, in general….an emptiness after the tension on the right-side of head passed. The “emptiness” is new (again?), and left me “empty”, a place that seems uncomfortable to the mind, but not the body.

          • “This” awareness is enigmatic. Your statement, “engaging THIS awareness is pivotal.” Can you please explain THIS awareness’ meaning as it refers to my original response. Thank you.

          • Ah, got it! You’re saying the awareness is enigmatic to you, that is, mysterious or hard to understand. This “inner” awareness is enigmatic – and mostly elusive – depending on how in touch with it we are. Now, more than ever, with our current physical construct in total and absolute disarray because of the virus, we are invited to go inward and travel through the darkness to reveal more-and-more of our inner awareness that gifts us a compass for being in calm centered clarity. I do truly believe cannabis supports us in doing this but best paired with a sturdy and reliable “vehicle”. In my teachings, I offer my Emotional Liberation technique for this very purpose. I find the two together efficient and effective.
